Our Installation Centres will help you to secure your vehicle and thus protect your valuable investment. Besides professional installation of our systems at great prices, we will also advise you on what type of security would be best for your vehicle. Last but not least, we offer a broad range of vehicle insurance and extended guarantees provided by the "Assurance" division.

We use the method of etching for safety window labelling with the Vehicle Identification Number. Etching is usually done on the outside of 6 windows, but it is possible to add it on others as well.

We highly recommend this safety feature, because it significantly decreases the likelihood of theft and is therefore very popular among our customers.

VIN etching is carried out in our Installation Centres in Prague and Holešov.

There are several reasons to have your lock insert replaced. Consider replacing it if the vehicle you purchased already had a DEFEND LOCK. The replacement is a guarantee that no spare keys to your gearshift lock exist anywhere else. It may also be the case that the previous owner has given you an ID card for the Defend Lock that is not the original one. If  you order a duplicate of your key in future, it will not fit your Lock.
We will perform an overall check-up of the locking mechanism when the replacement is being done.


All lock replacements are performed in our Installation Centres in Prague and Holešov.
 
          * Replacement of a lock insert: 2.300 – 2.700 Kč  (VAT incl.)
            The price is based on the demands of the replacement of the lock insert.

The standard guarantee period for a gearshift  Defend Lock is 5 years.

You need to have your  Defend Lock installed in the Installation Centre, have an original copy of the  Guarantee Certificate filled in by the authorised personnel there, and send the registration form (which is part of the Defend Lock warranty book ) to the DEFEND GROUP Registration Centre. The guarantee starts on the day that you have your device installed in one of our Installation Centres.
